I always stay here because of the helpful staff. On my first visit, they even found a phone charger for me! The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, snacks. Perfect for my city trips!

The accommodation was modern with a great setting, close to a cafe, bus stop, and taxi, and the staff was helpful, with new facilities.

My room was tastefully decorated & brand-new with great shower as well as confortable bed. Had modern amenities. Location: the hotel was close enough to downtown and a cafe in town and the bus stop to go downtown.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with new furniture and plenty of storage. The bathroom was also big and had everything I needed. The location was interesting, in a newly developed area, and it was well connected to the trams, making it easy to explore Freiburg. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made check-in a quick and easy process. I would recommend this hotel for both personal and business travelers.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped, and the pillows were not up to standard.

The hotel's modern Black Forest aesthetic is so refreshing.said no one ever. The breakfast buffet is large, but that doesn't make up for the lack of charm. The staff are willing to help, but the hotel lacks lived comfort.

I was pleasantly surprised to find USB plugs in the room, which made charging my phone super convenient. Speaking of the room, it was spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. All in all, my stay was simply amazing and I can't wait to come back and experience it all again.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the fact that the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. What's even better is that the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability, which was evident through the 7 Euro voucher given to us for reusing our towels.

We found the extras offered at the hotel quite expensive, especially breakfast at 19.99 euros, which we thought was too much. Parking was also expensive, and the gym was only accessible at a fee.
